TMTrading’s Polices & Agreement
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT VERY CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE MERCHANDISE.
The agreement contains the terms and the conditions that apply to all purchases in the United States.
By accepting the delivery of the merchandise and other products described by the invoices, the customers agree
to be bound by and accept the terms and the conditions. The terms and the conditions are subject to change
without the prior written notice at anytime.
Payment Terms, Orders, and Quotes: All payments are paid to the TMTrading Inc. . Minimum purchase (for delivery)
is $200 USD. Some purchases may not be available upon the orders. Some purchases may be substituted
in manufacturers, therefore there may be the differences in their packages or item numbers. We must receive
the payment prior to the acceptance of the order. Payment for the order may be made by the credit card (master
card or visa) unless we has agreed to the credit terms. We does take orders via fax,
e-mail and telephone. Descriptions, Item Number and Quantity are needed for the orders. Any quotes given by
us will only be valid for a period of time. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums
at the highest rate allowed by law. Any cancelled or refused orders will be charged the 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees and Taxes: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice.
Merchandise will be sent through the UPS ground shipping. The credit Card (Master Card or Visa only) would not
be charged until the merchandise will be shipped out. The current California Sale Tax Rate will be included upon
acceptance of the order, the customer is responsible for the sales and all other taxes associated with the
order. Unless the customers provides us with the valid and correct tax exemption certificate. We would
require that all new retail customers, providing us with the seller’s permit number, the business name and
the contact information such as the customer's name, the customer's phone number and the customer's address.
Return Policies: Sorry there is no refund, exchange or return. ALL SALES FINAL. All claims must be done within 7 bussiness days.
Governing Law: The laws within California State shall govern all agreements and purchases. All purchases are
made within the United States Only.

of which we have had. Sorry, we do not have any catalogs available reason being, we have too many new products
every few weeks. It is very difficult for us to catch up with the new arrivals. We will do our best to
post them on the website. There are also just too many items for us to sell online. We ask that if you
have a chance, please come and visit us as the following address. It will give you the broader scope of what we provide. There is
much much more than what uploaded on the website.
Computer Monitor Color Accuracy : We do our best to represent the appearance of the mechandises, we are showing on
our online store as close as possible. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings
have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, the true color of the products may not appear
as they should be on your screen.
