Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT VERY CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases in the United States. By accepting delivery of the merchandise and other products described on the invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time.

Payment Terms, Orders, and Quotes: All payment is made to T & M Trading. Minimum purchase (for delivery) is $200 U.S. Some merchandise may not be available upon order. Some merchandise may be substituted in manufacturers therefore may have different packaging or item number. T & M Trading must receive payment prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the order may be made by credit card (master card or visa) unless T & M Trading has agreed to credit terms. T & M Trading does take orders via fax, e-mail and telephone. Descriptions, Item # and quantity are needed for orders. Any quotes given by T & M Trading will only be valid for a period of time. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Any cancelled or refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges and Taxes: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. Merchandise will be sent through UPS ground shipping. Credit Card (Master Card or Visa only) will not be charged until merchandise is shipped out. The present California Sale Tax Rate will be included upon acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. Unless customers provides T & M Trading with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate. We ask that all new retail customers please provide us with their seller’s permit number, business name, contact name, address and phone number.  

Return Policies: Sorry there is no refund, exchange or return. ALL SALES FINAL. All claims must be done within 7 days.

Governing Law: The laws within California State shall govern all agreements and sales. All sales are made within the United States Only.

T & M Trading’s Services Services & Policies: The purpose for the website is to let you view a little bit of what we have. Sorry we do not have any catalogs available reason being we have too many new products every few weeks. It is very difficult for us to catch up with the new arrivals. We will do our best to post them on the website. There are also just too many items for us to sell online. We ask that if you have a chance, please come and visit us. It will give you a broader scope of what we provide. There is much much more than what this website exhibits. Please come and visit.

However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product’s true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.
